CerMark recommends spraying the metal parts 8 -12 inches from the part itself. It’s very important that the LMM-6000 Aerosol is applied as an even thin coat, by using a left-right motion while spraying. Avoid spraying directly at the part without the left-right motion, as this spraying process will lead to an uneven coat. Always start and finish the spraying process off the part, this will prevent an uneven coating of your parts. The coverage of an LMM-6000 Aerosol can, on average, is 2,700 square inches. Remember that this is dependent on your spraying skills, as some of you may see more coverage per can while others will see less. If the coating is inconsistent, the lasered image will also be inconsistent.
